SWITCH: ON-OFF
• Hot Hands are now offered in 2 styles, STD with an ON/OFF switch and our
deluxe model with a switch that offers an OFF-LOW-HIGH range
• Quick installation on most machines in minutes
• Heaters work off the same power as headlights
• The new heating cartridge is 4-1/2” long to cover the entire handle grip
• Units draw 28 watts and 2.4 amps on low range and 56 watts and 4.8 amps
on high range
• NOTE: The lighting coil in the engine must be 75 watts or more
• Not recommended for use on Polaris machines with dual headlamps
• Fits over the handlebar
• May be fastened with sheet metal screws for easy removal
• Unlike other heater grips, the Polly Heaters are molded onto a metal tube
which is then fastened to the handlebar
• Has a double-wound heating coil which makes it a high/low heater with no
external resistors
• Current draw of 30 watts on the high setting and 20 watts on a low at 12 volts
• Can be used on all machines having a 7/8” O. D. handlebar, including ATVs
