EK O-ring and Quadra-X ring chains are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months/unlimited mileage (for
street use) or 12 months/unlimited mileage (for off-road use). This warranty is not applicable in any of the following cases:
1. Any applications other than those recommended by EK Chain and motorcycle owners manual
2. Use in competitive events
3. Use on motorcycles that have been modified in any way
4. Improper installment
5. Maintenance neglect including but not limited to lack of or improper lubrication, sprocket misalignment, and improper chain
adjustment
6. Normal Wear
